Participant Instructions
PREPARING: Reviews will run more smoothly if you enter with a clean desktop and access to your portfolio. Please come prepared with your portfolio.
JOINING: Please enter the queue. Once you've entered the queue, you will be matched with a Reviewer.
MATCHING: When you hear a chime, you have been matched with a new Reviewer. Once they have accepted your match, you will be able to join their personal meeting link. When you leave personal meetings, be sure to close all extra Zoom, Webex or Google windows to prevent misdirects.
REVIEWS: Each review will last 15 minutes. At the end of 15 minutes, you must leave meeting and return to the queue.
If your reviews are running long, The One Club for Creativity may join your meeting and direct you to the queue.
FOLLOW-UP: We love that you're making a great connection and encourage you to share your contact information for follow-up! Reviewers that have reviewed you will appear in your History for easy reference.
Reviewer Instructions
JOINING: Please enter your Zoom Meeting Link in the open field. You should keep this meeting link open for the duration of the reviews. If your link times out, you can open a new meeting and replace the meeting link above.
Please ensure your meeting link does not require a passcode.
MATCHING: When you hear a chime, you have been matched with a new Creative. You can review that Creative's profile and accept or skip. You may need to wait up to two minutes for a Creative to accept your review and join your meeting.
If your settings are such that you have to admit them, be sure to check your waiting room or lobby.
REVIEWS: Each review will last 3 minutes. At the end of 3 minutes, you as the Reviewer, must ask the Creative to close your meeting and return to the queue. You can mark the Review completed in the system and move on to the next Creative in the queue.
If your reviews are running long, The One Club for Creativity may join your meeting and direct you to the next Creative in the queue.
